  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activities
  • Post spam, malware, or malicious content

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant RAHACITY a license to use, display, and distribute it on the Platform.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must:

  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Not involve minors in any way
  • Not promote illegal activities
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not contain malware or harmful code

6. Payments and Fees

RAHACITY may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

Hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations related to earnings on the Platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by RAHACITY and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for user conduct or interactions
  • We do not verify all user-provided information
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RAHACITY harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Dispute Resolution
